Description
The seminar accommodates only eight participants to foster community and accountability. It includes eight 90-minute virtual plenaries over the course of nine months. There will be an opening and closing plenary, and one each for each of the six Personal Leadership practices.

During the online meetings, you will
• Decide on concrete actions tailored specifically to your development
• Commit to your chosen actions
• Explore what you learn as we practice in this focused and intentional way

The pivotal value of the course lies in the individual and partner work between plenaries. You will need three to five hours for this work each month throughout the course. Between online sessions you will
• Live your developmental practices
• Give and receive support with your learning partner
• Journal about what you notice as you engage your developmental practices

Total time commitment per month = 4.5 hours to 6.5 hours
